NoraLyn provides services in five different areas: Business, Risk Management & Actuarial Consulting; Freelance Writing & Editing; Marketing; Organizational Development (OD) and Coaching and Whatever It Takes Workshops (WIT).

As described in its newsletter, “Where in the World,” all five are inter-related to prescribe effective business and personal outcomes. The firm’s motto, “We Make it Happen,” is consistently applied as its attitude toward all business activities. When working with a client, the motto is converted to “Together We Make It Happen.”

This privately owned corporation was initially formed in Connecticut in 1990, moved to the Carolinas in 1991, and Arizona in 2006.

Business, Risk Management & Actuarial Consulting Services

Services apply to all types of life and health insurance other than variable products. Norman Hill, FSA, MAAA,  CPA brings senior executive experience with large and small companies, as well as accounting firms. He is a frequent speaker and facilitator for the life and health insurance industry.

Freelance Writing & Editing

Newsletters, articles, mission statements, business documents, and manuals – NoraLyn provides well-written and edited results by published authors. They have also expanded to offer editing services.

Marketing & Public Relations

NoraLyn believes in comprehensive, professional marketing and public relations services that are success oriented with client objectives as its priority.

Organizational Development & Coaching

NoraLyn believes employers are in business to earn a profit. They also believe that through understanding, training, coaching, and communications, this can be achieved by motivated employees who are paid based on ability, attitude, productivity, cost of living index and profitability of the organization. Both new and old ideas are the life of any organization. Whereas NoraLyn stays aware of cutting edge programs, it tends to prefer innovative yet safe approaches. In this way, desired goals can be achieved within an affordable budget.

Coaching

NoraLyn believes in all levels of coaching, from helping an individual develop a plan and acting, to assisting a company in moving forward. NoraLyn works with many writers in developing a marketing plan. Since 2009, more time has been spent assisting in discovering effective social networking for business.

Whatever It Takes Workshops (WIT)

NoraLyn has developed a series of workshops that focus on coaching to achieve business or personal goals by doing whatever it takes. An example of a writing workshop is shown.
